At JOG Consultancy, you’ll hear us talk a lot about “we.” While I’m the founder, I’m not doing this alone.

I’m proud to work alongside Belinda Taylor-Brown, my business partner and the calm, steady influence behind our team. Belinda brings a wealth of experience from the corporate world and a variety of industries. Her strength lies in understanding workplace cultures and designing practical, easy-to-implement strategies that help teams thrive.

The Directors Forum

We are especially proud to highlight 'The Directors Forum' which began in 2021 during lockdown as a way to stay connected and support our clients. What started as online sessions and in-house forums has now grown into something bigger.

In June 2024, we officially launched our Bolton group and opened membership, something we’re incredibly proud of. This year also sees the launch of our second group in Lancashire, led by our trusted collaborator and friend Suzy Orr.

The Directors Forum offers a safe, supportive, and confidential space for business owners and directors to meet, share experiences, and learn from one another. It’s not about selling, it’s about listening, connecting, and growing.
