Alongside me is Belinda Taylor-Brown, my business partner and co-founder of The Directors Forum. Together, we bring over 40 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, business leadership and organisational development, helping ambitious businesses grow with confidence, clarity and purpose.

The Directors Forum

The Directors Forum is our flagship leadership community, developed by Belinda and me to provide business leaders with something they often struggle to find - a trusted space to think, reflect and grow.

Created exclusively for Directors, Senior Leaders and Business Owners, The Directors Forum is not a networking group. It is a professionally facilitated peer forum where leaders can openly discuss challenges, explore opportunities, share experiences and gain valuable insight from others who truly understand the realities of leadership.

Every meeting is built around trust, confidentiality and meaningful conversation, creating an environment where members can challenge their thinking, strengthen decision-making and leave with practical ideas they can immediately put into action.

What began as a response to the growing need for genuine peer support has evolved into a thriving leadership community. We are incredibly proud to be entering our fourth year in 2027 in Bolton and second year in Garstang - a milestone that reflects the value and impact The Directors Forum continues to deliver.
